About

Ivy Wood offers approximately 1,090 sq. ft. of offices with an additional unfinished 2,860 sq. ft of space and 660 sq. ft. secure space on the lower level. From a spacious parking area, your private 7’10” x 5’ entrance opens into a 7’10” x 16’6” room with a closet, before a hallway escorts you along four offices and two restrooms. As a build-to-suit, the offices can be customized, from remaining private, intimate spaces or an open, more expansive space. The offices will be remodeled to match your specified needs.

Parking is plentiful, with a divided entrance and exit off Saxonburg Boulevard, a direct route from Pittsburgh to our area. Ivy Wood Industrial Works is conveniently located just off of rt. 228 as you travel into the historic town of Saxonburg towards rt. 356 and within a mile of a 350-acre business park. The nearby crossroads is marked by the only traffic light in Clinton Township. This combination not only makes Ivy Wood easily accessible but facilitates businesses opportunities and economic growth.

Ease of travel has brought enterprise to our area, bringing a lot of economic growth and traffic to this crossroad. Rt. 228 remains the busiest route along southern Butler County. Victory Road provides access north to Dinnerbell Road, another major two-lane along southern Butler County. At this intersection of rt. 228, traffic travels east to west through Butler County and onward to Pittsburgh.

Our History

Ivy Wood Industrial Works incorporated in January 1, 2001 in order to improve upon the site of the former Pittsburgh Metals Purifying Company, which is located Clinton Township of Butler County. The multi-use site of today rests alongside the rails of the Bessemer and Lake Erie Railroad. A narrow water stream to the east and Saxonburg Boulevard to the west separate IWI from the productive farms and green pastures that surround the vast property.

People must be aware that everything they do affects other people, the environment and the world.” ~Lois Lowry, Giver.
